If we run your £149 Tracking Audit and don't find fixable issues worth more than the fee, we refund the £149 in full. No debate. And if you go ahead with a build, the £149 comes straight off the price, so the audit effectively costs nothing.
The audit is guaranteed as above. Because it is hands-on specialist work, once we have completed the audit and delivered your report, the fee is only refundable under that guarantee (we didn't find fixable issues worth more than £149). If you change your mind before we have started the work, just tell us and we'll refund you in full.
Before we start, you can cancel a build for a full refund of anything you've paid, including any deposit. Once work is underway, we'll refund any portion we haven't yet delivered; work already completed and handed over is chargeable, since it is bespoke to your accounts. If something isn't right with what we delivered, tell us and we'll fix it, that's part of the price, not an extra.
Where a build is taken as a 50% deposit, the deposit secures your slot and covers the initial work. It is fully refundable until we begin, and thereafter is applied against the work done.
Monitoring is a rolling monthly subscription you can cancel any time from your account billing. Cancelling stops future payments; we don't refund part-months, but you keep monitoring until the end of the period you've paid for.
Just contact us or reply to any email we've sent you, and tell us what happened. A real person handles it, usually within one working day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank.
Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law. If you believe something has gone wrong, we'd always rather hear from you and put it right than have you out of pocket.
