Straight answers on billing

Is there VAT on top?

No. Datahound isn't VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add. The price you see is the full price you pay, and your Stripe invoice shows exactly that.

How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?

Everything is a one-off card payment through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay). You get an emailed receipt straight away and a proper downloadable invoice, and both stay in your account.

How does the audit credit work?

Buy an audit and a setup for the same website and the audit fee comes off the setup automatically, so the audit effectively costs nothing. In a multi-site basket the credit applies per site, so an audit on one domain credits a setup on that same domain.

Are there any retainers or lock-ins?

No forced retainers. Audits, setups and the consent fix are all one-off. The only recurring option is optional ongoing monitoring, which you can start or cancel yourself any time.

What if the audit doesn't find anything worth fixing?

Then we refund it. If we don't find fixable issues worth more than the audit fee, you get the fee back.
